As you go through the implementation process we will be by your side to assist you with education, services, and options to keep the process on track.

Implementing Jenzabar EX software involves the following steps:

1. Statement of Work document: Defining the partnership between you and Jenzabar

2. Hardware and network certification: Making sure that your system is ready for the Jenzabar EX software

3. Software installation—installing the database on the server and the Jenzabar EX software on individual client computers

4. Training

5. Software setup and configuration

6. End-user training: Getting your end-users ready to use the Jenzabar EX system

7. Process validations (To prepare for "go-live," we will help you identify all of your reporting needs and ensure that you have experience with all of the processes you will be working with in a production environment. )

8. Go-live: Production cut-over

9. Ongoing customer support

10. Sign-off
