Jenzabar CX Implementation Services
Jenzabar CX is designed to be customized to meet specific
needs based on an intimate knowledge of your institution. Because
Jenzabar CX includes sophisticated source-code tracking and integration
functionality, we can implement a customized Jenzabar CX system
in a fraction of the time taken by our competitors.
You can choose from two implementation methodologies
to accelerate the implementation of Jenzabar CX :
- Standard Implementation Methodology
- Premium Implementation Methodology
Standard Implementation Methodology
This process
includes installing the system on-site and training the client support
staff on system operation and maintenance. Jenzabar will set up
the system on-site, and provide technical training classes for client
support at a Jenzabar training facility. The user training will
be performed at the client's site. An assigned Project Manager helps
keep the process on schedule. This person will also identify and
provide additional resources for timely completion of the project.
Premium Implementation Methodology
Premium service
includes installing the system on-site. Jenzabar will assume the
technical support for the duration of implementation and for ninety
(90) days after go-live. Jenzabar will set up the system on-site,
technical training classes will occur at a Jenzabar training facility,
and user training will be performed at the client's site. This plan
goes further in that on-site setup includes configuration of the
system based on the client's policies and procedures. Jenzabar will
also retrain the client support staff on system configuration, operation
and maintenance after the system is live. Additionally, Jenzabar
will do data conversion with data definition and selection assistance
from the client support and other staff. The assigned Project Manager
will be on-site regularly to coordinate the final details of the
training and turnover of the maintenance of the system to the personnel
at the institution. These regular trips to the campus will facilitate
the implementation of each module and allow the institutions
steering committee to review the progress on an ongoing basis.
