CX runs within Jenzabar's next-generation Java®-based

that utilizes a middle-layer application server for
a multi-tiered configuration. A progressive architecture,
this system takes advantage of the latest in technology
and the best in technique to deliver an efficient, highly
flexible, and very current foundation for your administrative
functions.
For those who want or need to customize, the system
includes a strong development environment that features
extremely easy menu-generation and maintenance without
programming, substantial screen-design options that
provide for searches across multiple tables and quick
and easy display of data from multiple tables, and unlimited
flexibility. The highly efficient user security design
simplifies the management of access to menus, tables,
and columns.
