Set Pace For The Rest of 2003

CAMBRIDGE, MA-May 13, 2003- Jenzabar, Inc., a leader in software
solutions for higher education, today announced a successful first
quarter for 2003. Keeping pace with a record-setting 2002, Jenzabar
opened the new year with a 14% increase in revenues and, a new contract
renewal extending Jenzabar's partnership with Educational Systems
Products, Inc. for ten years.
"While many in the technology sector continued a downward
spiral, Jenzabar burst out of the 2003 gate with sustained growth
that validates Jenzabar's position as the leader in higher education

In addition to 14% increases in revenues and gross profits over
the same quarter last year, continued growth and business efficiencies
produced a 19% increase in operating cash flow (EBITDA). These results
further validate Jenzabar's successful business model built upon
achieving 100% client loyalty.

times that of our current payables and accruals, continued evidence
of our strong liquidity and cash position" said Bob Maginn

During Q1 2003, Jenzabar and Educational Systems Products, Inc.
(ESP) signed a new agreement extending their relationship for ten
years and allowing ESP to continue technical service, support and
maintenance assistance for Jenzabar's PX product suite.
