
Jenzabar, Inc. Sets Record for Q2 and First Half Results
CAMBRIDGE, MAAugust 3, 2001Jenzabar, Inc.
announced record revenue and profit results for the second Quarter
2001, and for the six months ended June 30, 2001, to the National
Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO)
at their annual conference in New York City on July 30.
Jenzabar's revenues rose 84% in the Second Quarter
of 2001, compared to the second quarter of 2000. Revenues for the
six months ended June 30, 2001 increased to $46.7 million from $24.9
million for the six months ended June 30, 2000. In addition, Jenzabar
recorded its highest levels of profitability in the company's history
for its first and second quarters. Management believes Jenzabar's
record performance has outpaced its industry competitors.
Addressing the financial officers at NACUBO, Jenzabar
Chief Executive Officer Bob Maginn highlighted the record progress
made by the company. "Today, Jenzabar is the leading private-company
provider of enterprise software to over 700 colleges and universities,"
Maginn stated, "including all the financial modules important to
you as the Business Officer." In prepared remarks, Maginn noted
that Jenzabar takes pride in its first-half financial results. He
also expressed thanks to "...our many customers and our over 400
hard-working associates for these great accomplishments." Based
on its assessment of the industry, management estimates that - for
the first six months of 2001 - Jenzabar, Inc. surpassed all other
private-company competitors in revenues and profitability.
