Jenzabar and Educational Systems Products (ESP) Sign 10 Year Contact Extention

Company Continues Commitment of Supporting PX Product Suite from Coast-to-Coast

CAMBRIDGE, MA - April 7, 2003 - Jenzabar, Inc., a leader in software solutions for higher education, and Educational Systems Products, Inc. (ESP), today announced that the companies have signed a new agreement extending their relationship for ten years and allowing ESP to continue its unparalleled levels of technical service, support and maintenance assistance for Jenzabar's PX product suite to the nearly 70 Jenzabar PX customers in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas and select customers in Kansas. Under this new agreement, Jenzabar and ESP will be bringing future products to the PX customer base in this specific region of the country. Jenzabar also announced its continued commitment to serving each and every college and university in the United States currently using the PX product suite.

Jenzabar's PX product suite includes a powerful 4GL (Fourth Generation Language) data management system and a variety of comprehensive administrative software applications for the higher education market. Jenzabar PX software applications are designed to operate primarily on an OpenVMS operating system on VAX or AlphaServer platforms.
