Jenzabar's Annual Meeting Draws Record Attendance
More Than 1,000 Attendees
Travel to Orlando for JAM 2004
Cambridge, MA - June 25, 2004 - Jenzabar, Inc., a leading e-business

announced today that more than 1,000 customers, business partners,
and Jenzabar associates attended JAM 2004, Jenzabar's annual meeting,
last week in Orlando, FL. The four-day customer conference was held
June 13 - 16 at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center and
featured a broad range of sessions organized around this year's
theme, "Total Campus Management: A World of Opportunities."
Jenzabar Chairman and CEO Bob Maginn opened the conference with
a welcoming address focused on Jenzabar's mission, vision, and values.
"Education has always served as the gateway to the American
Dream," he remarked. "Jenzabar's vision is to serve as

and their constituents achieve their goals in life by helping to
offer the education necessary to make their dreams come true."
The conference program offered a total of 310 sessions, presented
by both customers and Jenzabar staff, including updates on the future
direction of all product lines and sessions designed to help users
make the most of their Jenzabar administrative systems. Among the
session topics were Jenzabar's new non-traditional module, an Internet-based
administrative solution for institutions offering continuing education
courses, degree completion programs, and certificate programs; Jenzabar's
Executive Dashboard, a customized services solution designed to
monitor critical business issues; and Jenzabar's Internet Campus
Solution (JICS), a portal solution that fully integrates administrative
and academic systems across the campus.
"It was by far the best JAM yet," according to Jenzabar
user Drew Allison, Assistant Director of IT at Southern Wesleyan
University. "The sessions are always worthwhile, and they were
really good this year. The networking was also valuable-JAM gives
us a great chance to interact with people we usually trade e-mails
with. And the location was absolutely fabulous." Along with
co-presenter Penny Evans-Plants, Assistant Manager for Administrative
Computing at Berry College, Allison led a roundtable session on
the successful implementation of Jenzabar's Internet Campus Solution
at their respective institutions.
In addition, JAM attendees were provided a central meeting place
for discussions with product managers, product developers, and customer
care representatives; Internet access between sessions; and vendor
exhibits featuring Jenzabar partners. Feith Systems and Software,
Inc., a new Jenzabar partner providing a document imaging and management
solution to Jenzabar customers, was among the exhibitors. "All
of our representatives at the conference were impressed by the large
showing of Jenzabar customers at this event," commented Mitch
Farbstein, Vice President of Sales at Feith, "and by the enthusiasm
and positive spirit among the conference attendees."
Other highlights of the week included a keynote address by Team
Dynamics President Kirk A. Weisler, known as "America's Chief
Morale Officer," and a visit to SeaWorld Orlando Adventure
Park.
Next year's conference is scheduled to be held in San Diego, CA.
Previous Jenzabar annual meetings have been held in Atlanta, GA,
and Washington, D.C.
