JAM 2005 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Save the dates! Please join us Tuesday, June 14, through Friday, June 17, at the San Diego Marriott Hotel and Marina for JAM 2005. We’ll kick off the conference with a Registration Reception on Tuesday evening, June 14. Optional pre-conference seminars will be held throughout the day Tuesday as well. The conference program includes three full days of sessions, from 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, June 15, through 5:00 p.m. Friday, June 17. Please take this into consideration when making travel arrangements; if you schedule a Friday morning flight home, you will miss a full day of the conference. (see Schedule at a Glance).

JAM Registration

Registration from May 16 to June 17, 2005:              $599      


JAM Registration Includes:
The JAM 2005 Conference registration fee includes conference notebook, four breaks, three lunches, and the Thursday San Diego Zoo Event. You must select to attend the lunches and the Thursday Event on the registration form to receive a ticket. Tickets are required for all conference-sponsored meals and may be obtained by selecting the meals and events you wish to attend on the registration form.

Registration Deadline
The online JAM Conference registration system will close on June 3, 2005, to prepare for conference. After June 3, all JAM registrations will be handled at the JAM Conference Registration Desk in San Diego from June 14-17.

Cancellation
Refunds will not be given after May 20, 2005, however, you may send a substitute. Please contact a Jenzabar Conference Coordinator at JAM2005@jenzabar.net and notify us about the substitution.

Invoice
For your convenience, an invoice can be printed from your online JAM Conference registration.

Payment Options
There are three methods of payment, JPP, check, and credit card.

If paying via check, please print an invoice from your online registration confirmation e-mail and include it along with a check mailed to:

***Payment must be received before attending JAM Conference.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are the credit cards accepted on the online JAM registration as payment.

Guest Registration
You may bring a guest to the JAM Conference meals and events. Jenzabar offers these options at cost. Tickets are required for all conference-sponsored functions. Please pre-register your guest on the online JAM Conference Registration Form.
· $30 per person per meal for Wednesday, Thursday or Friday lunch
· $70 per person for the Thursday San Diego Event. (All ages over 4.)
· Children age 3 and under are free for the San Diego Zoo admission, dinner, and show.

The San Diego Marriott Hotel and Marina is located at 333 West Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92101.

Special JAM Rates are available at $139 per night plus tax (per single and double).
To obtain this special rate, please use the Group Code jenjeni.
 
Please note: You must reserve your room no later than May 23, 2005,
to receive the JAM conference rate.
