JAM Track Coordinators

JAM Track Coordinators are vital to the success of our conference. Each Jenzabar product line and department benefits from having one or two clients oversee session planning to ensure that every session is meaningful to our conference attendees.

Benefits
Each Track Coordinator is invited to attend the conference at no charge. In addition to networking and direct contact with Jenzabar Product Managers, Track Coordinators have a unique opportunity to see that their product line and department is represented according to customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Solicit session proposals (Call for Sessions) for your assigned Product Line and Track
  • Help identify expert presenters to develop the sessions that have been submitted
  • Evaluate and approve session proposals submitted by clients, and forward approved
sessions to the JAM Coordinators to be published
  • Ensure that presenters adhere to all deadlines and submit session
    information on time
  • Work with presenters before and at JAM to help keep sessions running smoothly
  • Ensure that all presenters submit their session information to the JAM Coordinators
following their presentations so all sessions can be published on the JAM Web site
    in a timely manner
