Senior Business Consultant (Financial Aid)

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Senior Business Consultant will provide consulting services to Jenzabar customers on the implementation, training, use of software systems, and customizations. Position also requires the ability to manage individual relationships. This position requires expertise in the Financial Aid, Registration or Advising Areas. 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Business Consultant is responsible for leading the implementation process. They should assist users in the setup and training assignments that are required during implementation. In addition to implementation training, consultants may perform customizations and system maintenance. For some Jenzabar products they will assist the customer in the pre-install process by helping them complete the configuration worksheets and assisting them with entering data into the system. They will assist the client in the interpretation and definition of requirements of client for product enhancements.

The Senior Business Consultant will provide feedback as to the feasibility of particular enhancements and recommendations in regard to solution. The Senior Business Consultant may participate in sales calls, assist in scoping add on work and assist in proposal development.

The Senior Business Consultant will be expected to travel up to 32 weeks per year and will be in the office during normal business hours when not traveling or visiting customer locations. This position will also work in conjunction with all other levels of Business Consultants.

 EDUCATION:

BS, BA Degree or equivalent experience 

EXPERIENCE:

SPECIAL SKILLS:

Programming experience in C/ESQL, C++.
