Software Engineer
Position Location: Boston, MA

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

This successful candidate will join a team of elite, experienced developers charged with building software solutions for colleges and universities. We are looking for someone with a solid work ethic, a disciplined approach, and a strong aptitude -- in fact, attitude and aptitude is more important than any other single qualifications. The Junior/Midlevel Java Developer will have the freedom to think creatively and work independently while serving as part of a casual, hard-working team.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

 EXPERIENCE:

• 3 to 5 years' development experience
• Experience with object-oriented design and Java/J2EE
• Strong communications skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of relational database concepts (SQL Server, Oracle)

Desired qualifications:

• Experience with Spring, Hibernate, and AJAX
• Knowledge of CVS, Ant, and Eclipse
