Welcome to Regional User Groups (RUG-Great Lakes)
Are you interested in hosting and organizing a user group meeting in your region?
We are looking to launch our next regional user groups this Fall, and we would like your feedback.
Regional user groups are a collaborative effort between Jenzabar and our customers, designed to create a forum in your "neighborhood" where users can meet and network with their peers, and exchange ideas with both Jenzabar and with other users. Regional user groups also help Jenzabar make resources available to customers, and connect with institutions and users who cannot meet with us at JAM or other Jenzabar events throughout the year.
User Contributions to Regional User Group Events
- Nominate and elect officers
- Help schedule events
- Set agenda and outline discussion topics
- Arrange for speakers from client institutions and industry organizations
While Jenzabar expects to play a key role in launching regional user groups, as well as providing ongoing logistical support, the ultimate success of these groups will depend on our customers' initiative and efforts
to host, actively participate in, and help create meaningful events that will provide value for every
Jenzabar user.

- Provide meeting space and meet audio-visual needs Inform Jenzabar of food
and beverage resources and options
- Showcase your campus to your fellow Jenzabar users
