Q. What is an Access Code?
A. After you have successfully completed registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that
includes your Access Code. This code allows you to return online and edit your conference data,
add guests, make payments, etc.
Q. If I forget or lose my Access Code, how do I get it back?
A. Return to the JAM website and select Modify Existing Registration and Invoice from under the
Registration section. Then enter the e-mail address you used to register for JAM and the access
code will be e-mailed to you.
Q. What do I need to do if I am replacing someone who has already registered
for the conference?
A. Please send an e-mail to JAM2008@jenzabar.net with the names of the people you are replacing.
We will make the necessary changes and provide you with instructions on how to complete the
substitution.
Q. How do I know if I’ve completed my registration?
A. After you have completed a successful JAM registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation
including your access code and invoice. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email
an inquiry to JAM2008@jenzabar.net.
Q. Where do I mail my conference registration payment?
A. If you are paying by check instead of credit card, checks should be made payable to
Jenzabar and submitted to:
Jenzabar, Inc.
Attn: JAM 2008
1401 Technology Dr
Harrisonburg, VA 22802
Q. May I bring a guest?
A. Adult guests are welcome to attend the JAM Special Event on Friday, May 30, 2008. Guest tickets
are available for purchase for $75.00 each. Registration is required and payment must be
received by May 19, 2007. Guest registration is available via the online JAM registration process.
Select the Add a Guest option in the registration area. No on-site guest tickets will be
available. If you have already registered for JAM, you may modify your registration by using
your access code to retrieve your registration, add a guest and submit payment. Attendance to
all other conference programs is limited to Jenzabar clients, employees and invited partners.
Q. How do I pay for my guest(s) registration fee(s) separately from my JAM
registration fee?
A. All guest registration fees must be paid prior to attending JAM. There are three ways an attendee
can pay guest registration fees:
* If the attendee is paying for a guest ticket by check, please make it payable to Jenzabar
and mail to:
Jenzabar, Inc.
Attn: JAM 2008
1401 Technology Dr
Harrisonburg, VA 22802
* If the attendee is paying with the same credit card for the attendee JAM registration and guest
registration fees please select the appropriate credit card and follow online directions to
complete payment.
* If the attendee registration and guest registration fees need to be paid using different credit
cards, the attendee’s registration fee must first be paid. Once the attendee registration fee is
paid, the attendee can return online to their existing registration and add the guest registrations
and events. The balance due for the guest registration fees can then be paid with a separate
credit card.
The secure website accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. Refunds will not be offered after May 15, 2008; however, you may send a substitute attendee.
Please contact a Jenzabar Conference Coordinator at JAM2008@jenzabar.net to notify us about
the substitution.
