JAM 2008 General FAQs
Q. What is JAM?
A. JAM is Jenzabar’s Annual Meeting for clients of Jenzabar CX, EX, PX, QX, TE and JICS. During
the four days of the conference, over a thousand attendees will participate in hundreds of
sessions and valuable networking opportunities to share best practices, learn more about
Jenzabar products, and discover complementary products and services from our corporate
partners.
Q. Who should attend the conference?
A. JAM is a client-focused event. We strongly encourage all users from our client institutions
to attend. JAM offers a wide range of program offerings that ensure learning for all levels
of participants.
Q. When does the conference begin?
A. The conference opens on Wednesday, May 28, 2008. To view the conference schedule, take a
look at the Schedule at a Glance page.
Q. When can I register?
A. You can register via the JAM Web site beginning on Thursday, January 3, 2008. Conference
registration must be completed by May 19, 2008.
Q. What does it cost to attend?
A. JAM registration fees are based on when registration is completed and payment is received. Deadlines and rates as follows:

Online secure payment may be made with American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa
credit cards. Payment may be made by check, however, it must reach Jenzabar by the
registration cut-off date or the next registration rate will apply.
Q. What does my Conference Registration fee include?
A. Each JAM registration includes:
- Access to all JAM sessions and keynotes
- Conference meals (reception, three continental breakfasts, two lunches and five refreshment breaks)
- An official JAM conference program guide
- JAM Special Event (Friday evening)
Note: There are additional fees to attend Pre-Conference Seminars and the Executive
Program. Registration Fees do not include hotel accommodations.
Q. May I bring a guest?
A. Adult guests are welcome to attend the JAM Special Event on Friday, May 30, 2008. Guest passes
are available for purchase at $75.00 each. Registration is required and payment for guest
passes must be received by May 19, 2008. Guest registration is available via the online JAM
registration process. Select the Add a Guest option in the registration area. No on-site guest
registration will be available. If you have already registered for JAM, you may modify your
registration by using your access code to retrieve your registration, add a guest and submit
payment. Attendance to all other conference programs is limited to registered Jenzabar clients,
employees and invited partners.
Q. Is there a special room rate available at the Gaylord Opryland Resort &
Convention Center ?
A. Jenzabar has guaranteed room rates at the Gaylord Opryland for $179 per night (inclusive of
resort fee) plus tax for a traditional room with either single or double occupancy. This rate is in
effect May 25 – June 1, 2008. Reservations must be made by May 5, 2008 to qualify for the
special JAM rate. After this date, room rates will be confirmed on a space-available basis at the
prevailing rate. Reservations may be made online and entering JENZ8 when prompted for a
password, or
by phone at 866-972-6779, reference Jenzabar JAM. When making your
reservations by
phone, please let the Gaylord know you are with the Jenzabar JAM Conference.
All individual reservations must be accompanied by one night's deposit plus tax or guaranteed by a major credit card (and Hotel will charge an attendee's credit card for one night's stay prior
to arrival). Deposits are only refundable for cancellations made at least three days prior
to arrival. The Gaylord Opryland’s in-room amenities include complimentary local and 1-800
telephone calls (first 20 minutes), high-speed Internet access, daily newspaper, designated
complimentary in-room beverages, as well as local shuttle service and Fitness Center access.
Q. What is the dress code for the conference?
A. The JAM dress code is business casual. With over 25 concurrent session rooms in operation, you
may want to wear comfortable shoes. The session rooms vary in size and temperature so if you
are sensitive to temperature fluctuation you may also want to pack a sweater or jacket. Casual
attire is appropriate for after-session hours and the JAM Special Event.
Q. How can I check my e-mail at the conference?
A. A cyber café is located in the Universe Room for JAM attendees to access the Internet during
regular JAM hours.
