Due to popular demand, the Gaylord Palms has very limited availability. For our customers who are not able to reserve rooms at the Gaylord Palms, a secondary hotel has been secured for JAM attendees at:

For attendees staying at the Orlando World Center Marriott, a shuttle bus will run continuously to and from the Gaylord Palms as follows:

Wednesday, May 30  –   7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, May 31     –   7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday, June 1           –   7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, June 2      –    7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
