Impromptu for Power Users
This session will focus on advanced Impromptu reporting topics such as using datasets, working with drill through, and implementing Hotfiles. We will explore some of the catalog maintenance tasks that Power Users may need to take on such as organizing and naming catalog folders, creating pre-defined conditions and calculations, as well as adding and modifying catalog user classes.

SQL Language Training
This Pre-JAM session is intended to teach the basics of the Structured Query Language (SQL). Although a Jenzabar EX database is used, the topics discussed are not EX-specific, and apply to any SQL database. CX Features of the Advancement Officer Module
Learn the new features of the CX Advancement Officer modules including Stewardship, Grants Management, Planned Giving, Campaign Management and Solicitation/Solicitation Contacts. This session will discuss and demonstrate the use of the modules as well as allow users to set up designs for each module testing the implementation process. We will discuss the table setups needed and the record schemas to understand the underlying design for easier reporting. Once the setup is complete, users will be able to use the product within the CX IA module and also view the output of the information through the JICS Advancement Officer CRM.
