The block of rooms reserved for JAM 2006 attendees at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center has closed as of April 26. While some rooms currently remain available at the Gaylord Palms, unfortunately the hotel is sold out for some nights during the conference.

For our customers who were not able to reserve rooms at the Gaylord Palms conference headquarters hotel, there are two other options that are conveniently located near the Gaylord Palms (located at 6000 W. Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34746, 407.586.0000):

As the site of our 2004 conference, the Gaylord Palms won JAM attendees’ praise as their favorite JAM location ever! If you weren’t with us in 2004, you will be amazed at what you will find under the atrium of Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center… from the history and old-world charm of St. Augustine, to the colorful and festive island spirit of Key West, to the mysterious waters and cypress of the Everglades.

Set in the style and grandeur of a turn-of-the-century Florida mansion, Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center offers four acres under its glass atrium, including restaurants and shops. The prestigious Canyon Ranch SpaClub and Salon offers many types of relaxing body treatments. A leading-edge fitness and health facility is also onsite. You will also find state-of-the-art meeting rooms and free in-room computing systems providing a host of hotel services and high-speed Internet access.

The Gaylord Palms Resort offers a complimentary shuttle to all four Walt Disney World Theme parks. Departures are from the Tour Lobby adjacent to the main hotel entrance. Departures are every hour on the hour during regular park operating hours.

Hotel Rate and Reservations
Jenzabar has guaranteed room rates at the Gaylord Palms for $139 plus tax for a single or double occupancy. Rooms reserved in the Emerald Bay room block will be an additional $40. These rates are good May 23 – June 6, 2006. You must make your hotel reservations by April 26, 2006, to receive the special JAM conference rate. You may make hotel reservations online, or by telephone to the Gaylord reservation desk at 407-586-2000. When making your reservations by phone, please be sure to mention that you will be attending Jenzabar’s Annual Meeting.
