Participation
Jenzabar’s Annual Meeting (JAM) is held annually at locations throughout the United States, attracting more than 800 higher education professionals across all academic and administrative departments.
JAM 2006 in Orlando will offer more than 30 corporations an excellent opportunity to showcase their products and services to those who make and influence buying decisions at colleges and universities across the nation.
Corporate Participation Options
Jenzabar offers several levels for Corporate Participation. Build client awareness with increased exposure through Exhibit Booths, Corporate Presentations, Sponsorships and Advertising. Corporate participations of $10,000 Platinum Level, $5,000 Gold Level, $2,400 Silver Level, and $1,000 Bronze Level are listed below.

Exhibit Booths
Located at the site of hospitality breaks, informal one-on-one meetings with Jenzabar representatives, and complimentary Internet access for conference guests, the vendor exhibit area is expected to draw significant foot traffic throughout the conference. Jenzabar Executive Partners may reserve 8 x 10 booths for $1,200. Booths are also available to non-partners for $1,595. Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and is expected to fill up quickly.
Sponsorships are available as well. Descriptions and pricing for these opportunities are listed below.
Presentations
Corporate presentations are available to Jenzabar Executive Partners at $1,200 and at $1,595 for non-partners. Presentations must address issues of relevance to higher education professionals. Prepared and delivered by representatives from your corporation, presentations may include demonstrations of your new technology. Submissions for presentation proposal will be live January 31, 2006.

Bonus: Corporate sponsors are welcome to customize their food and beverage events with napkins, mugs, etc. featuring corporate logos, and/or corporate marketing literature. New elements to the Breakfast and Lunch sponsorships this year allow the sponsor of the event to have a brief introduction at the event, a reserved table during the sponsorship meal, and the ability to hand out collateral.
Keynote Speaker
Reach the entire conference audience by sponsoring the JAM 2006 keynote speaker (guest speaker, TBA). Jenzabar will provide the speaker, who will appear during the first session of the first day; the corporate sponsor will be featured in the program, on the JAM Web site, and in conference signage.
